Fundraising Credits
Wilson Music Boosters credits are not refundable for cash. Unused credits will be carried over to next year. If students are graduating or are leaving the music program, unused credits can be transferred to a sibling or friend, or can be dontated to the Wilson Music Boosters general fund.

Fundraising Points To Remember
• All checks for fundraising should be made payable to WILSON MUSIC BOOSTERS - not to the school, not to the "band", not to the director, and not to the individual fundraising company.
• Only one check per fundraiser order per student.
• Place your student's name on the comment line on the individual check.
• NO CASH will be accepted.
• All fundraiser orders must be pre-paid at the time the order is placed.
• Do not hand fundraiser orders to the directors - they are not responsible for these - you are to place them in the RED BOX by 3PM on the date they are due.
• Place all orders & checks in a sealed envelope before placing in the red box - place your student's name and what the fundraiser is on the outside of the envelope.
• Mark your calendars for the pick-up dates & REMEMBER TO PICK UP YOUR FUNDRAISER ITEMS - you will lose your credit earned if your fundraiser is NOT picked up.
