(TOB Marching Band Competition)

Dear Director

The Wilson Music Boosters and the Wilson High School Marching Band cordially invite you to compete in the Wilson Sound Panorama marching band competition. This year’s event will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2008.

This competition is sanctioned by the Tournament of Bands and is judged by the National Judges’ Association. Special caption awards will be presented for High Auxiliary and Percussion.

The Wilson School District campus is located within close proximity of Routes 422 and 222, west of Reading, Pennsylvania, in the town of West Lawn. The competition will be held in John Gurski Stadium adjacent to Wilson High School. There is a large parking lot for your spectators, and a special parking area for equipment/instrument trucks is located next to the stadium. Several practice fields are available to your group for warm-up.

Please join us for a dynamic evening of music, marching and visuals! Complete the attached registration form and return it as soon as possible to secure your spot. A detailed information packet will be forwarded to all participating bands at a later date.
